For reservation on every tour passenger those are
interested to travel with us has to pay as an advance Rs.
1,500/- for sleeper class and Rs. 4.000/- for first class
reservation. Above advance payment will not be refunded to the
party on any cause. Balance payment will be paid 15 days
before journey. |

Company will fully depend on Rly. Computer System
Passengers are requested to take there Seats which is given by
Riy. authority, company in any case will not be responsible to
change their seat during the journey Period.

Every family will be entitled to get separate room with
attached bath. |

Passengers who are staying outside West Bengal have to
pay either by cash or by D/D. for seat reservation. Cheques
will not be accepted. |

In Case of Laping Baby, Party will be paid for their
food Rs. 1200/ to 800/ for their Respective tour. |

Child 5 to 11 years will get discount 10% to 20% in that
case child will not get separate Bed in Hotels room. Below 5
years only be allowed 50% Discount in that case, the child
will not get Bed in Hotel's also will' not get separate seat
in Bus. |

Cancellation will not be granted without any personal
visit, with written application |

Deposited money will be refunded to the party after
Deduction 25% of the deposited amount when any unavoidable
circumstances occured like natural Calamities, Strike, Bondh. |

The authority of the company has got full liberty to
cancel any ticket of any one without showing any cause to the
party also no damarage charges will bepaid. |

Company will depend on Railway Board for Railways
matters and any kind of Tour Programme travelled bus then depend on
owner of the bus. |

The tour programme can be changed and enlarged in any
party wants to cancel his/her tour programme then the payment
of the tour will not be returned to the party. On any
unavoidable circumstances if company cannot reach on any kind
of Holy places on particulars schedule within the date then
the company with not be responsible for the above. |

Tickets from Railway computer. For every travelers the
seats which is allotted by the computer every body has to sit
on their own seats which has been allotted for them. Train
service means sleeper coach. |

The travellers those are interested to travel with us
has to obey the Rules and Regulations of the Company. |
|

Every traveller are to requested to communicate with us
before one day of journey. |

Company has got every right to cancel any type or rules
and regulations on any moment. |

Cancellation charges will be paid by the party according
to the rules which is shown under: |

CANCELLATION BEFORE 15 DAYS: Deduction Rs. 500/- and 30% of
the full payment. |

CANCELLATION BEFORE 12 DAYS : Deduction Rs. 500/- and 30% of the full
payment. |

CANCELLATION BEFORE 5 DAYS : Deduction Rs. 500/- and 60% of the
full payment. |
